Lord Cazic Shall Provide

It is no secret that I condemn this place, this prison hole for Iksar. I have made it my goal to return to the Empire. Many say it no longer exists, that we Iksar have scattered, cast off our ways of brotherhood, and embraced the squandering concept of crabs in a bucket - desperately stepping on eachother trying to climb out. I have seen many Iksar wallow in bitterness, or worse, broken by the lies that Father has abandoned us. I have visited with the old scale and heard his stories of our once great nation, and how we are now reduced to squatting in a human city and forced to neighbor with barbarians. This we allow!?

After enduring the trials and hardship of the island, we arrived here to this miserable rock with others of our my kind. However, while many have been baited by personal glory and the promise of their geedy bellies filled, it is Ssable and Zessna who have continued to remain by my side. We are the few unbroken.

I have expressed a desire to seek out what is left of the Empire and see for myself what has become of our legacy. I will not die here squatting in this dirty human city, tired and hungry. By Cazic, before my end, I shall see the Empire reborn again!
